Privacy Policy

Last updated June 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data Volley (“Volley,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use the Volley console and how we handle it. By using Volley you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Account data. The email address and password (or Google sign-in identifier) you use to create and access your account.
  • Brand & content data. The brands, topics, captions, schedules, and other content you create or import into the console.
  • Connected social accounts. When you connect a Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or X account, we store the access tokens and account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf.
  • Usage data. Basic technical logs (such as request timestamps and errors) used to operate and debug the service.

How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and provide the console.
  • To draft, schedule, and publish content to the social accounts you connect.
  • To scout and score trending topics and route them to your brands.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your account to train models for third parties.

Third-party services

Volley relies on third-party processors to function, including Supabase (database and authentication), the social platforms you connect to for publishing, and AI providers used to generate draft copy. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their part of the service.

Data retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a brand, account connection, or your account, the associated records and stored tokens are removed from our active systems.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from within the console or by contacting us. You can disconnect any social account, which revokes the stored token for that connection.

Security

Access to your data is scoped per organization and enforced at the database layer. Tokens for connected accounts are stored only to enable publishing on your behalf.
