Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Volley. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You retain ownership of the brands, topics, and content you create or import. You grant Volley the limited rights needed to store, process, generate drafts from, schedule, and publish that content to the accounts you connect.

When you connect a social account, you authorize Volley to publish content on your behalf to that account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post to each connected account and for complying with each platform's own terms and policies.

• Do not use Volley to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use Volley to violate the terms of any connected platform.

Volley uses AI to draft copy. AI output can be inaccurate or off-brand. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before it is published — that is what the review queue is for.

Volley is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that publishing to third-party platforms will always succeed, as that depends on those platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volley is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or content arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Volley and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
